1st Logo (2006–2008)

The 1st Logo of Codeblack Films was used from 2006 to April 8, 2008. It featured the letters of "CODEBLACK" rising from the water in front of the New York City skyline at night.

The logo was accompanied by a light from an off-screen helicopter that passed on the letters briefly. As the logo shone, "ENTERTAINMENT" in spaced out letters zoomed in underneath. The helicopter's light again passed as the logo faded to a black screen with the company's URL, which zoomed in a bit.

This logo was seen on the company's earliest direct-to-DVD movies, including Father of Lies, Somebody Help Me!, and Eddie Griffin: Freedom of Speech.
