Giải Pháp CCDI

CCDI used Autodesk Revit to complete a complex project in just 9 days, which is extremely high efficiency for a project of its scale. They were able to finish critical systems like structure, water supply, HVAC, and electrical systems.
CCDI utilized Autodesk BIM for the entire project, from conceptual design to development. They employed BIM for various tasks, including design, population simulation, lighting research, error detection, and quantity calculation.
Autodesk BIM helped improve relationships with clients and construction teams. During the construction phase, CCDI used 3D models to present the project to owners and contractors, who found the plan quite feasible.
Without BIM, complex projects like this one would still be just an idea.

Tianjin Cruise Terminal Achieves the Impossible
The Tianjin Cruise Terminal is a remarkable example of what can be achieved through innovative design and technology. This massive project was undertaken by China Construction Design International (CCDI), a company with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
The terminal's design was a challenge to model, with a structure intended to imitate the flowing movement of silk fabrics in the ocean breeze. This design included a waveshaped roof, glass curtain walls, and structural steel members with multiple inclination angles.
CCDI overcame this challenge by using Autodesk Revit-based software, which allowed them to complete the initial modelling in just nine days. This was a significant achievement, especially considering the project's aggressive construction schedule.
Autodesk BIM was used extensively throughout the project for tasks such as design, sunlight studies, collision detection, and quantity takeoffs. This technology played a crucial role in the project's success.
The Tianjin Cruise Terminal was completed in 2010 and is now considered one of China's finest architectural marvels. It has the capacity to receive even the largest cruise ships currently in operation.

Architecture and Planning
The city of Tokyo's new skyscraper is a prime example of sustainable architecture, with a design that reduces energy consumption by 30% through the use of solar panels and wind turbines.
The skyscraper's unique shape allows for maximum natural light and ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and heating.
Innovative building materials are being used in the construction of the Tokyo skyscraper, including recycled steel and low-carbon concrete.
These sustainable materials not only reduce the building's carbon footprint but also provide a durable and long-lasting structure.
The building's design also incorporates green spaces, such as rooftop gardens and green walls, to provide a natural habitat for local wildlife and improve air quality.
The city's planners are working closely with architects to ensure that the building's design aligns with the city's overall urban planning goals.
The building's location is within walking distance of public transportation hubs, reducing the need for personal vehicles and promoting a more sustainable transportation system.
The Tokyo skyscraper is just one example of how architecture and planning can come together to create a more sustainable and livable city.
