When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are, anything your heart desires will come to you. If your heart is in your dreams, no request is too extreme. When you wish upon a star as dreamers do, fate is kind, and your lucky star grants you a boon.

When you wish upon a star, your dreams come true. All it takes is faith and a little bit of pixie dust. When you wish upon a star, anything is possible. No matter how your day is going, when you see a shooting star, make a wish and all your troubles will disappear.

When you wish upon a star, it is the universe’s way of saying, “Yes, you can.” No matter what anyone else says, when you wish upon a star, you are powerful and you can make your dreams come true.

What event do you wish you had witnessed?

There are so many events that I wish I had witnessed firsthand. But if I had to narrow it down to just one, it would have to be the moment when the Berlin Wall came down.

This event was not only significant for its political implications, but also for what it represented symbolically. For so long, the Berlin Wall had been a symbol of the division between East and West, and the moment it came down was a powerful symbol of the end of the Cold War.

I would have loved to have been in Berlin on that historic day, to witness the joy and celebration of the people as they were finally freed from the oppression of the Soviet Union. It would have been an unforgettable experience.

What event do you wish you had been a part of?

I am fascinated by history and love learning about past events. My favorite part of history is learning about the different cultures and how they interacted with each other. I also love learning about how people lived during different periods of time. I would have loved to been a part of any number of historical events, but there are three in particular that I am especially interested in.

The first event I would have loved to been a part of is the Crusades. I am interested in the Crusades because they were a series of wars that were fought in order to regain control of the Holy Land from the Muslims. I would have loved to have seen the different cultures clash and the different armies fight. I would also like to have seen the different religious beliefs that were at play during the Crusades.

The second event I would have loved to have been a part of is the American Revolution. I am interested in the American Revolution because it was a time when a group of people fought for their independence from a powerful country. I would have loved to have seen the different battles that were fought and the different people who were involved in the Revolution. I would also like to have seen how the American colonies won their independence from Great Britain.

The third event I would have loved to have been a part of is the Industrial Revolution. I am interested in the Industrial Revolution because it was a time when a lot of new technologies were developed and new industries were born. I would have loved to have seen the different factories that were built and the different products that were produced during this time. I would also like to have seen how the Industrial Revolution changed the way people lived and worked.

What event do you wish you had stopped from happening?

The event that I wish I had stopped from happening is the September 11th terrorist attacks. I was living in New York City at the time, and I remember the disbelief and horror I felt as I watched the towers collapse. I remember thinking that this couldn't be happening - that I must be dreaming. Sadly, it was all too real.

If I could go back and change one thing, it would be to stop those planes from hitting the towers. I know that there were many factors that contributed to the attacks, and that it was not just one person or event that could have stopped it. But if I could have prevented those planes from hitting the towers, I would have saved so many lives.

The aftermath of 9/11 was devastating. The city was in shock, and the world was changed forever. I will never forget that day, and I will always wish I could have done more to stop it from happening.

What event do you wish you had caused to happen?

There are a great many events that I wish I had caused to happen. If I could go back in time and change one thing, it would be the event that led to the current state of the world. I wish that I had caused World War 2 to never happen. The devastation that war brings is unimaginable, and the world is still recovering from the effects of that war.

If I could change one event, it would be the one that started the chain of events that led to the current global state. I wish that I had intervened and stopped Adolf Hitler from ever coming to power. If I could go back and stop him from ever giving his famous "Ich bin ein Berliner" speech, I would. That speech is what started his rise to power, and if I could stop it, I would.

If I could change one event in history, it would be the one that led to the current state of the world. I wish that I had stopped World War 2 from ever happening. The devastation and destruction that war brings is unimaginable, and the world is still recovering from the effects of that war. If I could go back and change one thing, it would be the event that led to the current state of the world.

What event do you wish you had prevented from happening?

It's difficult to pinpoint a single event that I wish I could have prevented from happening. However, if I had to choose one, it would be the September 11th terrorist attacks.

I remember where I was and what I was doing when I heard the news. I was in my seventh period French class and we were just starting to get ready for our final exam. My teacher, Madame C., had turned on the news for us to watch and I will never forget the images of the planes crashing into the buildings and the people running for their lives.

I remember thinking to myself, "this is something that I wish I could have prevented from happening." I felt an overwhelming sense of sadness and anger. I wished that I could have done something to stop the attacks from happening.

The September 11th terrorist attacks were a tragedy that impacted the world in a profound way. They changed the way we view security and safety. They also showed us that acts of terrorism can happen anywhere, at any time.

I believe that the attacks could have been prevented if different decisions were made. For example, if the intelligence community had been more diligent in tracking the movements of the hijackers, they may have been able to stop the attacks before they happened.

Or, if the security at the airports had been tighter, the hijackers may have not been able to board the planes.

There are many what-ifs when it comes to the September 11th terrorist attacks. And, while we will never know for sure what could have prevented the attacks, we can learn from them and do our best to prevent future acts of terrorism.

What event do you wish you had been able to change the outcome of?

There are many events that I wish I could have changed the outcome of, but the one that stands out the most to me is the time when I didn't get accepted into my dream college. It was my top choice and I had been sure that I would get in - I had the grades, the extra-curriculars, and the recommendations. But when the rejection letter came, I was totally devastated. I felt like I had let myself down and I was scared about what the future would hold.

If I could go back and change that outcome, I would work even harder on my application and make sure that I was truly showcasing my strengths. I would also reach out to the admissions committee and try to get a better understanding of why I wasn't accepted. And finally, I would remind myself that there are many paths to success and that just because one door has closed, doesn't mean that others won't open.

This experience was definitely a turning point in my life and it taught me a lot of valuable lessons. I am now more resilient and I know that I can overcome any obstacle. And while I still have sadness around not being accepted into my dream college, I am ultimately grateful for what happened because it has made me into the person I am today.

What event do you wish you had been able to influence?

Most people have experienced regret at some point in their lives – wishing they had done things differently or wishing they could have influenced events to turn out differently. For some, this regret is a minor thing that pops into their head from time to time and doesn't have a major impact on their life. For others, regret can be a consuming feeling that gnaws at them constantly, preventing them from moving on and enjoying life.

If given the chance, what event would you go back and try to influence? What change would you try to make?

There are many potential events that people might wish they could have influenced. Some people might wish they had been able to stop a loved one from making a poor decision that led to negative consequences. Others might wish they had been able to influence a major historical event, such as the outcome of a war. Some people might even wish they had been able to prevent a natural disaster from occurring.

Regardless of the event, the common thread is that people wish they had been able to make a difference – to change the outcome of something that had major implications for themselves or for others.

For me, there is one event in particular that I wish I could have influenced: the 2016 presidential election.

I remember watching the election results come in on election night and feeling a sense of dread as it became clear that Donald Trump was going to be the next president of the United States. I was absolutely horrified at the prospect of him leading our country. I felt like I had failed – that I had not done enough to prevent this nightmare from becoming reality.

In the months and years that followed, I have often wondered what I could have done differently. I have thought about all the things I could have said or done to try to sway people away from voting for Trump. I have agonized over what could have been done to make enough people realize the danger he posed to our country.

I know that I can't change the past and I can't go back and influence the election. But if given the chance, that is exactly what I would do. I would do everything in my power to make sure that Donald Trump is not elected president. I would do whatever it takes to save our country from the disaster that he has proven to be.

What event do you wish you had been able to control?

There are many things that happen in life that we wish we could control. Some examples may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, accidents, or even our own emotions.

For me, I wish I could control my emotions better. I tend to be a very emotional person and it often gets the best of me. I let my emotions dictate how I act and react to things instead of thinking logically. This has led to me making some poor decisions in my life.

If I could control my emotions better, I would be able to think more clearly and make better decisions. I would also be less likely to get into arguments with others or get my feelings hurt easily. I would be a more calm and collected person overall.

While controlling my emotions may not seem like a major event, it would make a big difference in my life. It would allow me to live a more balanced and happier life. So, that is the event I wish I could control better, my emotions.

What event do you wish you had been able to predict?

The event that I wish I had been able to predict was the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election. I was shocked and disappointed when Donald Trump won, and I felt like I could have done something to prevent it if I had known it was going to happen.

I remember watching the election results come in on election night, and feeling like something was off. I had a feeling that Trump might win, but I didn't want to believe it. I was in denial until it was official - he had won the Electoral College and was our next President.

It's hard to say what I could have done differently if I had known Trump was going to win. Maybe I would have voted differently, or campaigned for a different candidate. Maybe I would have tried to understand why people were voting for Trump, and what their concerns were.

I think the main thing is that I would have been less surprised, and less disappointed. I would have been prepared for the outcome, and I would have been able to better handle it.

So, if I could predict one event, it would be the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election. Knowing what I know now, I would have done things differently.
