What inspired you to create a when calls the heart cookbook?

When I was younger, my family and I would always watch When Calls the Heart together. I loved the show for its wholesome values, romantic storylines, and especially the food! I would often find myself looking up recipes online that I thought the characters would enjoy, and attempting to recreate them at home. While I enjoyed doing this, I always wished there was a When Calls the Heart cookbook that I could refer to for inspiration.

So, when I had the opportunity to create my own cookbook, I knew that I wanted it to be a When Calls the Heart cookbook! I wanted to provide fans of the show with a collection of recipes that they could make at home to enjoy with their loved ones. I also wanted to include some of my own personal favourites that I had created over the years.

I spent many months researching and testing recipes, and I am so proud of the final product. I hope that this cookbook will inspire people to make their own memories around the table, just as When Calls the Heart has inspired so many of us.
