Not the App

You can transfer money from your Wright-Patt account to an account from a different bank by logging in to online or mobile banking, calling the member help center, or visiting a branch.

Too many updates to company policy or software changes have caused issues with the app, such as the business checking and new debit card fiasco this year.

Credit: youtube.com, WPCU Mobile & Online Banking Tips: Automatic Payments

The business checking and new debit card fiasco this year really hurt productivity, 100% due to business banking with WPCU and policy that interfered with logins on the app and computers.

You'll need to wait a few weeks for Wright-Patt to figure out the issues, and in the meantime, you'll lose a lot of time.

The robo call system has also locked business owners out for 3 days from accessing their cards, and everyone in the bank was helpful but didn't have answers.

Wright-Patt Credit Union's policy changes or new updates often result in crashes, such as logins, deposits, and cards, and it's been common over the last 6-18 months.

The business side of Wright-Patt has become a mess for business owners, and it feels like 2nd class banking.

Wright-Patt has consolidated business services to so few people that you can't go into a branch to get help, or you need to work around personal schedules, which is backwards from where they started in 2012.
