The interface in Workfront presents a unique experience to each user based on their permissions. This means that users see different information and tools depending on their role.

A new feature in Workfront allows users to be assigned multiple roles, which is helpful when employees wear different hats. This feature also enables users to indicate how much time they spend in each role, providing a clear and accurate representation of each person as a resource.

As a business partner, I could easily see a Client Dashboard and make and check on requests. However, as the project manager, I saw more detailed information, such as timesheets, that wasn't visible to the business partner.
