Why do I sabotaging everything I touch? Why can't I just be normal and have a normal life? Why do I always have to mess everything up? I don't know. I wish I did. I wish I could just be like everyone else and not have this darkness inside me that makes me do these things. But I can't. It's like there's this thing inside me that I can't control. This thing that makes me do these things that I know are wrong, that I know will only end up hurting me in the end. But I can't help it. I can't help but do these things. It's like I'm possessed or something.

I don't even really know why I'm doing this right now. Why am I writing this all out? I guess I just need to get it all out. I need to get all of this darkness out of me. I need to purge myself of this monster inside me. I need to try and understand why I do these things. Maybe if I can understand why, I can learn to control it. Maybe. I don't know. I just wish I didn't always have to mess everything up.

Why do you think you can't do anything right?

I think the main reason why I feel like I can't do anything right is because I have a lot of self-doubt. I'm constantly questioning my abilities and doubting myself, which makes it really hard to try new things or take risks. I'm also very critical of myself, which means that even if I do something well, I might not think it's good enough. This perfectionism can make it difficult to get started on anything, because I'm always expecting myself to do things perfectly the first time. Another reason why I might feel like I can't do anything right is because I've had some experiences in the past where things haven't gone the way I wanted them to. I might dwell on these failures and let them define me, instead of using them as learning experiences. This can make it hard to move forward and try new things. Lastly, I might think I can't do anything right because I don't have a lot of confidence. I might not trust my own instincts and judgement, and this can make me hesitate or second-guess myself a lot. I might also compare myself to others and think that they're doing better than me, which can make me feel even more inferior. Feeling like you can't do anything right is a very frustrating and overwhelming feeling, but it's important to remember that everyone makes mistakes and has doubts sometimes. What matters is how you deal with these doubts and failures. If you can learn from your mistakes, be more forgiving of yourself, and develop more self-confidence, then you'll start to feel like you can do anything you set your mind to.
