What to Expect

The Nvidia shareholder meeting is just around the corner, and investors are eagerly awaiting the event. On June 25, shareholders will vote to re-elect the company's board, with no contested seats expected.

Nvidia's CEO, Jensen Huang, earned nearly $50 million in fiscal 2025, a 47% increase from the prior year, largely driven by stock rewards. This significant compensation package will likely be a topic of discussion during the meeting.

Shareholders will also vote to ratify PwC as Nvidia's independent auditor on June 25.
