Placing an order with Uniqlo is a straightforward process. You can choose from their website, mobile app, or in-store kiosks.

Once you've placed your order, Uniqlo will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email will also include a unique order number for your reference.

Your order will then be processed by Uniqlo's warehouse team, who will carefully pack and prepare your items for shipping. The processing time for Uniqlo orders is typically 24-48 hours, depending on the time of day and the volume of orders.

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Status

If you're wondering what's going on with your Uniqlo order, you can check the status online. You'll receive an email with a parcel tracking number once your order is assigned to the courier for delivery arrangement.

The time frame for receiving the tracking number varies depending on when you placed your order: if you ordered by 11:59am, you'll get it same day between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, while orders placed 12:00pm onwards will receive it the next day between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Returns and Refunds

It can take up to 7 days for your returned items to arrive at Uniqlo's warehouse, depending on where they're coming from and the current volume of FedEx or USPS.

Once your returned items are processed, it can take another 2-7 business days to receive your refund. You can track the status of your return online or through the Uniqlo app.

You can reprint the return label or access the QR code again through your Purchase History on the website or Order History in the Uniqlo app. The return label is also sent to your email address associated with your Uniqlo account.

We recommend checking the tracking of your return, as delays can occur with the carrier delivering to the warehouse. If your return is still in transit, allow the carrier time to deliver.

If your return has been delivered to the warehouse and it's been more than 7 business days since its arrival date, contact Uniqlo directly for assistance with your refund status.
