Terrifier Indiegogo is back, and Art the Clown is ready to terrorize again. The film's director, Damien Leone, is behind the scenes, bringing the horror icon to life.

The campaign, which launched on Indiegogo, aims to raise funds for the production of the film's sequel. A successful campaign would allow the team to create more terrifying scenes and bring Art to life in a bigger way.

Fans of the original film are eager to see what's next for Art the Clown, and the Indiegogo campaign is giving them a chance to be a part of it.

Terrifier 2 Updates

The funding goal for Terrifier 2 was reached in no time at all, with 567 backers pledging $100,173, which is 200% of the initial goal of $50,000.

The campaign still has 40 days remaining, giving fans more time to contribute to the project.

The money raised will go towards constructing a large set, creating tons of special effects, and achieving the envisioned blood and guts laden scene.

You can still appear as an extra for $2000, although the opportunity to be killed by the clown himself for $5000 has sold out.

The second installment of Terrifier will feature a super gory and iconic horror scene that director Damien Leone has been wanting to create.

Art the Clown was created by Damien Leone, who made two short films that featured Art in 2008 and 2011.

Art's feature film debut was in the anthology horror film All Hallow's Eve in 2013, although he was only a supporting character.

Damien Leone was determined to make Art a star, and he began raising funds for Terrifier through an Indiegogo campaign in 2016.

However, the campaign fell short of its goal, and it was only through the contribution of producer Phil Falcone that Art was able to get his starring role.

Crowdfunding and Rewards

The Terrifier Indiegogo campaign has added new rewards to its list, making it an even more exciting project to support.

With the campaign halfway through its 41-day run and already fully-funded, fans can now contribute to the sequel's production and receive some amazing perks.

David Howard Thornton, the star of the film, expressed his gratitude to fans for helping make Terrifier 2 the best sequel they can make.

New rewards include digital decorations, having your artwork showcased in the Blu-ray special features section, and even owning the star's screen-used mask.

These rewards range from low-end prices to higher-end options for serious collectors, so there's something for every budget.

The fundraising is doing incredibly well, and those involved with the project are confident that the sequel will be bloodier and more violent than the first.
