Overview and Tutorial

To integrate Pipedrive with DocuSign, you'll need to make use of REST APIs from both DocuSign and Pipedrive via OAuth apps. This integration will allow you to display a list of templates within Pipedrive.

The templates are reusable documents like lease and rental agreements that can be previewed, edited, and sent to contact persons for signature. These templates can be made more dynamic by supplying variables based on deal information.

You'll be leveraging the Custom UI Extensions feature in Pipedrive to display the app within the Deal Details section. This feature includes a Panel for displaying the list of DocuSign templates, which is essentially an IFrame that renders an external page.

Each template item can be previewed and sent for signing from the Panel. You can also make corrections to the template before sending it out.

The Modal feature in Custom UI Extensions is used to show a preview of the template.
