As an employee of Payme, you can pay a fixed percentage into a private pension as long as it doesn't reduce your gross pay below the national minimum wage.

Creating links with PayMe is a straightforward process. You can create a PayMe link in the PayMe Administration section, which is a fully PCI compliant, secure method for taking payments.

To start, you'll need to select the Gateway, Currency, and Amount for the payment. You can also add extra fields to the link, such as a Customer Name or Order Number, by clicking on Add Custom Field.

Here are the steps to follow:

  • Select the Gateway (if you have more than one payment gateway on your account)
  • Select the Currency (if you have more than one currency available)
  • Select the Amount (leave this blank if you want the customer to set how much they are paying)
  • Add Custom Fields as needed (such as Order Number, Customer Name, etc.)
  • Select the type of field from the dropdown menu (Text Input, Text Area, Select Dropdown, Reference)
  • Tick on compulsory if you want to make the field a compulsory field
  • Select the type of validation field from the dropdown menu (none, Alpha Only, Numeric Only, Alpha-Numeric Only, Valid Email Address)

Once you've added all the necessary fields, click Save and a link will be generated at the bottom of the page. This link can be copied and shared with customers through email.

The PayMe landing page will display the transaction details, including the customer's email address if you've selected the email as a compulsory field. The customer will also receive a transaction receipt via email.

You can also filter orders by whether they've been paid, unpaid, or were a one-off payment. This helps you quickly identify which orders need attention.

To edit an order's payment link, simply navigate to the Order List tab and find the order you want to edit. From there, you can enable, disable, or view the payment link.

  • View transaction details for that order

Recalling Pending Expense Report

You can't recall a report from the processor queue if it's been sent for payment.

I've seen this issue before, and the solution depends on how your site is configured and how reports are reaching your ERP system.

If you're paying employees and their credit cards using Concur ExpensePay, you can't pull the report back, but you can prevent it from being paid by using the payment manager within Admin>Company>Tools.

You'll need to ensure the report doesn't get added to any of your upcoming payment batches.

If you're using SAP with the ICS connector, the report may have already posted to your system, and you'll need to enter a manual GL entry to reverse it and prevent it from showing up on a payment run.

For cash items, a subsequent report with a negative amount can be entered to cancel out the first.
