MT-Energie's innovative approach to energy production is a game-changer. Their unique technology allows for the efficient conversion of waste heat into electricity, reducing energy waste and increasing overall efficiency.

This technology has been successfully implemented in various industrial settings, including a cement plant in Germany, where it resulted in a 20% reduction in energy consumption.

By harnessing waste heat, MT-Energie's system can generate up to 10 MW of electricity, making it a viable solution for industries looking to reduce their carbon footprint.

First Biogas to Grid Plant in France

The first biogas to grid plant in France has been opened by MT-Energie, a German biogas technology supplier. This plant is part of eight such facilities being developed in the country.

The plant produces biogas from a combination of agricultural wastes and residues, as well as cover crops. This biogas is then purified through a gas separation process using Evonik membrane modules.

Each of the eight facilities features a triple-tank design and an output of 250 Nm3 of treated gas. This is equivalent to generating around 500 kW of electrical energy from waste.

The first plant was commissioned in less than a month and all eight projects are expected to be complete by the end of 2016. This rapid development is a testament to the efficiency of the technology and the collaboration between MT-Energie and its partners.

The connection to the gas grid was carried out without problems, unlike the electrical grid connection which was not suitable for the power produced.

Biogas to Lab

MT Energy Service GmbH recently carried out tank inspections at three biogas plants in northern Europe. They demonstrated the importance of regular maintenance in the biogas industry.

These inspections highlight the need for careful monitoring of biogas plants. It ensures the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.

MTES's experience shows that timely inspections can prevent costly repairs and downtime. This is particularly crucial for biogas plants that rely on continuous operation.

Biogas plants require regular maintenance to function properly. This includes inspections of the tanks to detect any potential issues.
