Rumah sakit ini akan memiliki 250 kamar dan dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1,6 hektare, tepat di sebelah Taman Rusa Sekupang.

Pembangunan rumah sakit ini direncanakan selesai pada tahun 2027, dan akan menjadi salah satu fasilitas kesehatan terbesar di Batam.

KEK Pariwisata dan Kesehatan Internasional Batam memiliki luas 47,17 Ha, dan terbagi di wilayah Sekupang seluas 23,10 Ha dan wilayah Nongsa seluas 24,07 Ha.
