Debashis Chatterjee, the CEO and Managing Director of LTIMindtree, has retired. He was a key figure in the company's growth and success.

LTIMindtree's Board of Directors has appointed Venu Lambu as the new CEO and Managing Director, effective May 31, 2025. He will take over from Debashis Chatterjee, who has been working closely with Lambu to ensure a smooth transition.

Venu Lambu brings over 30 years of experience in the technology and services industry. He previously led LTIMindtree's global markets from October 2020 to January 2023, delivering profitable growth.

Before rejoining LTIMindtree, Lambu served as CEO of Randstad Digital, the $3 billion digital arm of Randstad. He has also held leadership positions at Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and IBM.

Lambu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India, and a General Management Certification from the London Business School.

Under Debashis Chatterjee's leadership, LTIMindtree grew to become India's sixth-largest IT services firm by revenue. He worked tirelessly to integrate the strengths of both companies, enhancing services and fostering new ideas.

The company has reported positive Q4 FY25 results, with a 2.6% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit. The revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, stood at ₹9,771.7 crore, up 1.1% sequentially and 9.9% year-on-year.
