New Hires
JLL Washington D.C. has been expanding its team with some exciting new hires. Dean Sands, a Managing Director with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, has joined the firm's Retail Investment Sales and Advisory Team.
Sands will be working out of the Washington D.C. office, where he will leverage his significant retail experience to better serve clients. He was previously a Principal at Avison Young and spent almost 18 years with Eastdil Secured, executing over $12.6 billion of transactions.
Chris Dale, a Director with more than five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, has also joined the firm's Washington D.C. office. He will focus on middle market and private capital industrial transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Dean Sands Joins Capital Markets Team
Dean Sands has joined JLL Capital Markets as a Managing Director in the Washington, D.C. office, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Sands will focus on retail investment sales and advisory, reporting to Senior Managing Directors Andrew Weir and Jamie Leachman.

He was previously a Principal at Avison Young, where he concentrated on retail investment sales for two years, and spent almost 18 years with Eastdil Secured, beginning as an analyst in 2002.
Sands has executed over $12.6 billion of transactions, ranging from joint ventures, asset sales and debt placement, both nationally and abroad.
He will join a team that includes Managing Directors Jordan Lex and Bill Moylan, as well as Director Danny Naughton, to establish a deep bench of retail capital markets advisors serving the Mid-Atlantic region.
Sands is thrilled to be a new member of the JLL Capital Markets team and looks forward to utilizing the firm's well-established and industry-leading retail platform to best serve both current and future clients.
