Customize and Streamline Your iPhone Stock Home Screen

To create a folder, touch and hold an app until it starts shaking, then drag it on top of another app.

This will group the two apps together in a folder, which you can then name and add more apps to by dragging them into it.

To view widgets and search on your locked iPhone, you'll need to go to Settings and make a few adjustments.

Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (on an iPhone with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (on other iPhone models).

Enter your passcode to access the settings.

To turn on Today View and Search, scroll down to the Allow Access When Locked section and toggle the switch to the right.

Most iPhone widgets are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. You can change the size of a widget by deleting it from your iPhone's Home Screen and adding it again in a different size.
