How to Archive Orders on Amazon App?

If you are an Amazon customer, you can archive orders from your Amazon account. If you have questions about an order you placed with a third-party seller, contact the seller directly. To archive an order:

1. Go to Your Orders.

2. Locate the order you want to archive, and then select Archive Order.

If you do not see the option to archive your order, it may not be eligible for archival.

3. In the pop-up window, select Yes to confirm that you want to archive the order.

When you archive an order, it moves to the Archived Orders section of Your Orders. You can view archived orders, but you cannot change the order or contact customer support about the order. To view your archived orders:

1. Go to Your Orders.

2. Select the Archived Orders link.

Orders that you've placed in the past 90 days will be listed in the Recently Archived section. You can view orders older than 90 days by selecting the View All link.

Note: If your order is fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), it'll say Fulfilled by Amazon on the right side of the delivery status. To track your FBA order, go to Track Your Package.
