Corporate action is a crucial aspect of a company's financial health and stock performance. It involves various activities such as dividend payouts, bonus issues, stock splits, and rights issues.

You can find the historical dividend payout by mouse-overing on each year to see details. This will give you a clear picture of the company's dividend history.

A bonus issue, also known as a scrip issue, is a type of corporate action where the company issues additional shares to its existing shareholders. This increases the number of shares outstanding, but the shareholder's percentage ownership remains the same.

A stock split is another type of corporate action where the company divides its existing shares into a larger number of shares. For example, a 2-for-1 stock split means that one share is split into two shares.

Rights issues are also a type of corporate action where the company issues new shares to its existing shareholders. This is usually done to raise capital for the company.
