AECOM completed its acquisition of Davis Langdon in 2010, valuing the transactions at approximately $324 million.

The acquisition added 2,800 employees to AECOM's global workforce, serving public- and private-sector clients in various markets.

Davis Langdon's strong cost and project management capabilities enhanced AECOM's growing construction management services portfolio.

AECOM's president and CEO, John M. Dionisio, stated that the acquisition would significantly bolster AECOM's ability to meet clients' needs for turnkey, integrated services.

The acquisition was expected to be accretive to AECOM's cash earnings per share in fiscal year 2011.

On a GAAP basis, the transactions were expected to be neutral to AECOM's earnings per share in fiscal year 2011.

Davis Langdon's South Africa operations were expected to be completed by the end of October 2010.

In 2013, Davis Langdon rebranded as AECOM in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

However, in Australia and New Zealand, the company continued to be known as Davis Langdon, An AECOM Company.

In Asia, Davis Langdon was known as Davis Langdon KPK, An AECOM Company, incorporating the name of KPK – an Asia-based company acquired by AECOM in 2012.
