The Sussex Culver's location on W249 N6620 Highway 164 is closing its doors.
The new location will be built less than a mile south, across the street from the Froedtert Sussex Health Center Lab.
It will be a 4,800-square-foot building with a drive-thru similar to the existing location.
The new location is planned to open in March 2027.
S & L Properties, the franchising group behind the new location, will sell the existing location after it closes.
The village's Architectural Review Board will give final approval in July, after the Plan Commission's approval this month.
