CEB Inc. made a significant acquisition in 2009, buying Toronto-based Warrillow & Co. and the financial services firm, TowerGroup.
In 2010, CEB acquired consumer research and advisory company, Iconoculture, and transferred its listing of common stock from NASDAQ to the NYSE. This move allowed CEB to begin trading on August 20, 2010.
CEB acquired Baumgartner & Partner, a Germany-based consulting firm, in October 2011. This was followed by the acquisition of Saville and Holdsworth Ltd. (SHL) in July 2012, which was its largest acquisition to date.
