You can use your OTC card at most retail stores, but it's not a guarantee. Some stores may not accept OTC cards, so it's always a good idea to call ahead and confirm.

Many big-box stores like Walmart and Target do accept OTC cards, but it's worth noting that some pharmacies and specialty stores may not accept them.

What Stores Accept OTC Card

Your OTC card can be used at various retail stores, but it's essential to know where exactly you can use it. Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart Pharmacy, and Target Pharmacy are some common locations that may participate in Medicare Advantage plan OTC programs.

To find participating locations, you'll need to check with your Medicare Advantage plan provider or visit their website. This will give you a list of stores that accept your OTC card.

Here are some specific stores where you can use your OTC card:

  • Walgreens
  • CVS Pharmacy
  • Walmart Pharmacy
  • Target Pharmacy

You can also use your OTC card online, but only through specific websites. For example, you can order products online, by phone, or by mail exclusively through NationsBenefits, which is an OTC partner.
