Rosen's appointment is a result of Guess's acquisition of Rag & Bone, which was completed in February 2024.

Guess owns all of the Rag & Bone operating assets, and Guess and WHP Global jointly own the Rag & Bone intellectual property.

Rag & Bone operates as an independent brand within the Guess portfolio and has a volume of $250 million.

The purchase price of the acquisition was not disclosed, but Guess's portion was worth $56.5 million with an earn-out that could add $12.8 million to the price.
