SPEED and Athleticism Training SESSION 2


No matter the sport, quickness, agility and athleticism are integral parts of being successful. With that in mind, CGAA has created a program to work on these skills and increase overall athletic performance. We will be offering this opportunity with two 8 week classes, each class is one hour in duration.  Each 8 week class is offered at $10/hour ($80/session). We are limiting the class sizes to 20 per session (up to 2 per night). Athletes will be working through explosion and speed drills, exposing the athlete’s muscles and mind to the level of intensity necessary to increase performance. Classes will take place at Park High School on the track in the Activity Center. There is a small fee passed on for using a credit card. Session 2 registration is open now. Sessions will be 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30.

 

Dates for class 2 Are: (Sunday nights) February 12, 19, 26, Mar 5, 12, 19, 26 and April 2

 

The trainer will be Chad Felty. Chad has been training athletes for several years and has developed this program with USATF, USAW and CSCS certified trainers. Chad has amazing charisma and     creates an encouraging, high intensity environment that pushes athletes of all levels to maximize their effort and gains.

Additional Information

We are planning on two sessions, the first from 6:30-7:30 and the second from 7:30-8:30. We may adjust these based on the number of participants and their ages. We are excited about the opportunity and hope our members take advantage!
